We moved from Costa to Sampaio, a village near the beaches of Sésimbra and Lago Albufeira.
A quiet area, close to department stores (400m), easy access to Lisbon airport (37km). Quiet because the view at the back of the house overlooks the Serra Da Arrabida, a privileged area (nature).
When you are seated at the back of the house and by the pool, you can admire the sun from sunrise to sunset. Throughout the day, you will make the most of it.
An open space with chairs, tables, relax around the pool, parasols. Fixed barbecue as in the photo.
A covered space of +/- 40m2 is accessible near the swimming pool and this with fridge, lounge, ping pong table.
A large outdoor shower and a complete toilet will also facilitate your access, as they are located near the swimming pool. So no need to go inside.
The house has several terraces. Leaving the kitchen towards the swimming pool, leaving the living room (bay windows), view of the swimming pool and the Serra Da Arrabida, large terrace upstairs with a breathtaking view of the hills and pine forests.
The house has 4 bedrooms including 2 suites with bathroom and air conditioning. Underfloor heating is also installed. (for the cooler months !!!) 3 bathrooms in total + outside toilet and shower. Connected televisions in each room.
The very large living room allows you to rest, read, work alone or with your family. WIFI with 200 mega and very powerful everywhere.
A kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare menus. 2 washing machines, electronic dryer
The region is superb for walking, visiting, going to the beach (several villages with a heavenly view).
Nearby you will find a very large secure park for cycling, play areas for children, stroll in the woods.
Many restaurants, bars are accessible and close to the house. Some deliver to your home and allow you to make the most of the sun and the pool.

In the new year, a large fireworks display is launched from the beaches of Sésimbra (5 minutes by car)
At the carnival, Sésimbra turns into a mini RIO.
